Read More and professional. After they contacted the insurance, they had the form filled out before I got there. I felt very comfortable with Benny and his colleagues when I dropped off the car. Benny kept me informed of the repair status. I asked for some photos during the repair. He sent them to me within 10 minutes of receiving my request. The repair was finished a day before it was promised. I guess they didn't need to arm-wrestle the insurance company for the supplemental. The paint job is first class. The car is 5 years old (although it's in the garage every night). Pearl white is not easy to match color. A&K couldn't have done a better job. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly. The shop seems to be cleaner than most body shops. I would definitely use them again (but hope I never need to visit a body shop again).

There are other guys I talked to but I don't remember their name--but all of them nice, efficient, thorough....just great. They did an amazing job on my minivan that had been hit on the side door. I cannot believe the work they did--like new! When I came to pick up the van, the employee helping me was rubbing out a scrape on another part of the van...that I hadn't even asked to have done (the van is old and there's some scrapes etc all around it just from being a city car for so many years--I didn't bother to have those fixed).

Oh--and the pricing is SO REASONABLE.

I will 100% be returning to A&K as I need work done on my cars. Honestly, it is such a relief to find a place you can trust with your car and has nice people to boot! A++!!
